Each of my ceramic pieces are handcrafted with care, resulting in unique variations and characteristics that make them one-of-a-kind. No two pieces are exactly alike, adding a special touch of authenticity and personality.

❤️🔥Can I request a custom design for a ceramic mug, wine glass, or piece of jewellery?
Yes! You can order through my custom listings. You can contact me through my
instagram or contact page before or after purchase to discuss designs and I will draw a visual mock up of the piece for you to approve before it is created into a physical piece.
❤️🔥Can I purchase a set of matching ceramic mugs or wine glasses?
Of corse. When discussing the designs we can make matching designs across all pieces. That can either be the same design or completely designs.
❤️🔥Are your ceramic creations limited editions or do you have a continuous stock?
Most piece are individual listings and most likely won't be created again. Some pieces will be available as pre orders and can be recreated multipul times.
If there is a piece that you missed out on getting and would like me to recreat please contact me to see if it can be done as a custom piece.
❤️🔥Do you provide measurements or dimensions for your ceramic products?
Mesurments can be found in the discription of all listings but for any spesific measurements including capacity please contact me.
❤️🔥What materials are used in the creation of your handmade ceramic pieces?
All piece are made using stonewear clay, underglaze and food safe clear or effects glaze.
❤️🔥Are the ceramic mugs and wine glasses lead-free and food-safe?
Yes! All pieces are made with lead free and food safe materials and glazes.
❤️🔥Are your ceramic mugs and wine glasses microwave safe?
Mostly yes. All pieces are microwave safe unless they contain ceramic lusters like gold or mother of pear. In which case the product discription will state that the piece is not microwave safe.
❤️🔥Are your ceramic pieces dishwasher safe?
Yes! All piece are dishwasher safe and many of my own piece and those that have gone on to other homes have been through a dishwasher many times. Although I recommend hand washing your pieces to protect them as they are a unique handmade piece of art.

Yes! All items can be shipped internationally. The shipping rates should be automatically applied at the check out. If you can't find the shipping rate please

All items are shipped with tracking and you will revive this with your confirmation of postage email.
❤️🔥How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Pre-made items will take 1-3 days to process and ship and custome made
items will take up to 28 day to make and ship.
❤️🔥Can I purchase your ceramic products in person at a physical store or only online?
Unfortunlty I do not have a physical store but I occasionally do craft markets and the details of each one will be posted to my social media when uncomming.
As I have recently moved into a new art studio if you are local I may look into studio visits where people can view products and chat with me in real life in the future.

❤️🔥Can I return or exchange a ceramic product if I'm not satisfied with it?
All items are sold as seen so please look at the images closely. And don't hesitate to contact me if you want to see more images of a piece. All sales are final unless there is a problem with the item.
❤️🔥What happens if my piece gets broken in shipping?
I take great care to avoid breakages in shipping and have not yet had an item arrive broken. But due to the nature of ceramics accents can happen with bad handling of packages. If this happens please contact me with images of the item and we can sort a replacement item or refund.
❤️🔥Are your ceramic products made with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices?
I prioritize sustainability and ethical production methods. My commitment to environmentally friendly practices includes the use of eco-conscious materials with packaging where I can,
such as recyclable paper and biodegradable packaging. I reclaim all unusable items before firing back into clay to use for new items and as I only make a limited about of items at a time this reduces the amount of unsold piece.
